When we were approached my Matt and Rob to discuss their ideas to reinvigorate this 1800s built Huon Valley icon into a buzzing restaurant and tap house we couldn’t help but get excited. We started demolition and uncovered many surprises but with flexibility of design and close communication we were able to deliver on time and on budget.
